Refund Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your order, please send an email to contact@ancientcosmeticz.com with your order number and the product you are dissatisfied with.

We can provide a replacement or refund for any product that you are dissatisfied with within 7 days of delivery.

Ancient Cosmetics reserves the right to deny unreasonable requests for refund/exchange at our discretion.

We may request that you send unopened items back to us, in which case we will provide you a return shipping label at no cost to you.
