If you are dissatisfied with your order, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the list of products you are dissatisfied with within 7 days of delivery. Ancient Cosmetics does not provide return labels and customers are responsible for the cost of returns. Please mail your return with the carrier of your choice to the address below and provide us with the tracking number via email once the items have shipped:

Ancient Cosmetics reserves the right to deny unreasonable requests for refund/exchange at our discretion.
In the rare case that an item is missing from an order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery citing the order number and missing item. Once 7 days from delivery have passed, we will not issue refunds nor ship out additional items.
Lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported within 7 days of the marked delivery date as indicated by the USPS tracking link. Refunds cannot be issued for any package marked "delivered" by USPS.
RETURN TO SENDER/ADDRESS ERROR
In the event that your package is returned to us by USPS or otherwise not received as the result of an incorrect address, missing unit/apartment number, failure to reschedule a delivery, unclaimed package, or unregistered tenant, please send us an email with your order number as soon as possible. If a reshipment is requested, you will be provided with an invoice via email to cover the cost of the new shipping label. If a refund is preferred, a refund will be issued for the total cost of goods and tax- excluding the cost for the shipping label (this includes orders that qualify for our free shipping promo).
Only one discount code may be applied per order (this includes rewards codes). Discount codes must be applied at the time of check out- they cannot be applied once the order has been submitted.
SKIP THE LINE
Orders placed with our "Skip The Line" expedited processing must be placed with the correct address at check out. Orders with "Skip The Line" expedited processing cannot be edited nor cancelled once they have entered the fulfillment window.
