- Which company are the packages shipped through?
Packages are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Services).
2. What is the shipping process?
As we work diligently to ensure quality of these handmade products we ask that once your order is placed, please allow 3-10 business days for processing of your order before its shipped, even when choosing priority shipping. Tracking information will automatically be sent to the email provided at check out once it becomes available.
3. How long does shipping take?
Our processing time is 3-10 business days. Orders ship in the time frame selected at check out. If Priority Shipping is the only option available, it is the cheapest shipping rate for your package based on the shipping location and package weight.
4. What do I do if I am dissatisfied with my product?
If you are dissatisfied with you products, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and what product you are dissatisfied with, or send us an Instagram DM @ancientcosmetics.
5. What is the refund policy?
We will provide a replacement or refund for any product that you are dissatisfied with within 7 days of delivery. Ancient Cosmetics reserves the right to deny unreasonable requests for refund/exchange at our discretion. We may request that you send unopened items back to us, in which case we will provide you a return shipping label at no cost.

7. Are there restock dates?
We do not have specific restock dates for products nor collection. You may sign up for restock notifications on the page of the sold out product listing.
8. Where can I buy your products?
Our products are sold exclusively via ancientcosmeticz.com. We do not have a storefront location where products are sold.
9. What products are suitable for use on babies?
All products are safe for infants, except the eczema wash which is recommended for ages 1 year and up.
10. Can I add products on to my order once it is completed?
Unfortunately, we are not able to add products to the order once it is completed.

There is an extra fee determined by the card company that is charged when using a gift or prepaid card that goes to that company.
